MRIS Sector-14, Faridabad, is the largest in terms of the number of students and hence the staff strength. Here, nine batches of classes X and XII have successfully passed out and have been able to make a name for themselves for their academic excellence in Faridabad.

When teachers and students work hard together, all one can expect is excellence which is unmatched. Students besides sharing a friendly rapport with the teachers, begin to appreciate their dedication. The quest for excellence is sought not only in the arena of academics, but also in all aspects of school life. On the other hand the Academic Programme provides intellectual stimulation, curiosity, rational thoughts and maturity of mind. Then on the other hand Co-curricular activities encourage personality development, drain out creativity and talent to provide opportunities for leadership and personality building.

With well qualified teachers, who are able to take the entire responsibility of the academic load on their shoulders, means that the children have more than enough time to spend their leisure hours pursuing their passion. Whether it is sports, elocution or debates, students at the senior school are encouraged not only to participate in inter-house and inter-school competitions, but also at the inter school essay and debate competitions.

Learnning can be fun only when it is supported with a well equipped system. A system which provides the best learning aids in the form of Maths Labs, Science Labs, Computer Labs and libraries which are not only well equipped but equipped with the latest technologies.

With world class sports facilities the MR group has tied up with Taylormade to form a Golf Academy within the school campus. This means toddlers to teenagers can learn to use the golf Club and learn to tee-off in style at a young age. Not only has the school focused on the development of the young minds at school, but has also made the faculties of the Academy available to parents. Mothers can develop their skills and do not only have to watch their children play. Fathers can use the Academy to fruitfully pass their leisure time and use it for net-working too. Other games facilities like Badminton, Volley ball, Aerobics and Skating are not only available, but are taught by some of the most qualified and trained personnel in the sports field. There are indoor games like Carom,Badminton,Table-Tennis and Yoga.

Sports is an important arena in the MRIS scheme of functioning which goes hand in hand with academic excellence. The Management not only believes in encouraging sports by way of providing training facilities but also sponsors sports talent. They have been able to identify and sports talent in the field of Lawn Tennis and have sponsored children for international trips where they represent India in the sports world.

The school is now all set to assist the students of classes XI and XII with the best academic coaching facilities. A tie-up has been made with FIITJEE so that students, who aspire to take admission into the top-most Institutes after their schooling, are well trained for the entrance examinations. The combined effort prepares students not only for the Board Examinations of CBSE but also prepares those who want to appear for the IIT entrance examinations. “This gives our students the dual advantage of being prepared for the CBSE Boards and simultaneously prepare them for the entrances to the best Institutes in the country,” says the Principal. “In this way we will be able to cut down the work pressure on the child. Not only will the children save travelling time, but will also be able to save those extra hours of going to a coaching centre after school hours,” she says with conviction. This means that the child who signs in for this combined course is able to manage his/her time sensibly without the extra stress and tension which students at this age are subjected to.
